Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Divine Energy, we offer a sacred space for inner transformation through guided energy meditation. Since our offering is a digital spiritual service (not a physical product), our refund policy is designed to honor both your commitment and our shared integrity.

✅ 1. No Physical Goods or Shipping

We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical items. All access is provided digitally via our secure online platform (https://divine-energy.in). So there is no question of returning anything.

✅ 2. Refund Eligibility

  • You may request a full or partial refund within 3 calendar days of your initial enrollment date for regular course in case you didnt find it to your expectations. 
  • Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused days in your billing cycle.
  • Refunds are not applicable for any workshop.
  • Example: If you enroll on the 1st and cancel on the 3rd, you’ll be charged for 3 days; the remaining balance will be refunded.

⚠️ 3. Non-Refundable Amounts

  • GST (Goods and Services Tax) and any payment processing fees collected by Razorpay or government authorities will not be refunded, as these are remitted directly to tax authorities and cannot be recovered.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests made after 3 days from enrollment.

❌ 4. What Is Not Covered

  • Requests based on personal dissatisfaction after the 3-day window
  • Claims related to internet connectivity, device compatibility, or missed live sessions
  • Disputes arising from failure to read course guidelines or privacy terms

  • Your full name
  • Registered email address
  • Date of enrollment
  • Reason for cancellation (optional but appreciated)

We process all valid refund requests within 5 business days.
