Welcome to Divine Energy. By accessing or using our website (https://divine-energy.in) or enrolling in our meditation program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Our Service

Divine Energy offers online guided energy meditation sessions as a digital spiritual service. All access is provided through our secure website — there are no physical products, shipments, or in-person classes.

Your participation is based on mutual respect, sincere intention, and personal responsibility.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
  • By enrolling, you confirm that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in meditation practices.
  • Divine Energy is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Monthly access to our program costs ₹2100 (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day refund window from your enrollment date:

  • Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused days.
  • GST and payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they are remitted to government and financial authorities.

5. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited. We enforce single-device login to protect the integrity of our circle.
  • Suspicious activity may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course content, session recordings (if any), guides, and materials are the exclusive property of Divine Energy.
  • You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any part of our program — including Google Meet links, mantras, or teachings.
  • Personal mantra guidance is shared privately via WhatsApp/email and remains confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to provide a safe and transformative space, results vary by individual.
  • Divine Energy and its facilitators are not liable for:
    • Any emotional, psychological, or physical effects arising from your practice
    • Technical issues (e.g., internet outages, missed sessions)
    • Misuse of shared resources
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last billing cycle.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior
  • Payment fails or is disputed fraudulently

You may cancel anytime via your account or by emailing us.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is sacred to us. We collect only what’s necessary to deliver our service and protect your data.

10. Governing Law
